PURPLE DRAGONFLY

Welcome July. Do you believe it? This year is half over. Slow down, world. Let me catch up. Nothing I can do about it so here is my news for today. This will be short. I'm posting IWSG Tuesday, like everyone else. But today, I'm smiling. This is the reason why.

My novel for tweens and teens won 1st place in the 2018 Purple Dragonfly Awards, historical division. Now,  dragonflies are lovely insects, but I've never seen a purple one. Have you? No matter. I'm excited. You may already have seen my post on Face Book.
