Halloween Giveaway

Fall seems to be the season for contests and giveaways, so I'm having a couple of my own. Since October is spook month, I'm giving away a paperback copy of my ghost story for young adults, Listen to the Ghost. This contest is also to celebrate my 100 fabulous followers (actually 108). It's very simple. All you have to do is follow me and leave a comment telling us what your favorite novel about ghosts is. Also leave your email so I can contact you if you're the winner. Random org will draw the winner on October 28, 2011.

A girl who wants to forget her ex-boyfriend with the lying lips.
A ghost who doesn't want to be a ghost.
A one hundred year old neighbor that talks in riddles.
And a handsome sax playyer that changes everything.

Also, I'm doing a Blog Hop in November. More about that one later.

Have a nice weekend. Don't forget to leave a comment.

Happy Reading and Writing.

  1. Hi Beverly! So awesome for you!! Now...my favorite story about ghosts. I can't think. You've stumped me. The only one I can think of is Scrooge, because I love the grim reaper. =D

  8. Hi Beverly,
I didn't know you had a blog. I just signed up to follow you.

My daughter is into ghost stories and after reading what this story is about, it sounds like something I would read also. I used to read ghost stories when I was younger. They were my favorite.

  9. Yep. I've had a blog for awhile. It keeps me busy when my writing is going nowhere. :)

I like ghost stories too, the reason I've written a couple, I suppose. :)

Thanks for following me. And to all my new friends.

  14. What a nice giveaway. My favorite--I don't know the name. There was a black-and-white ghost story on English TV, had a scene with a piece of paper snatched away by the wind--very haunting.

  15. Hi Sheila,
Thanks for stopping by. I'm not familiar with that story, but there are so many ghost stories. Lately they seem to be getting more popular.
